Throughout his career as an educator, athletic director, and championship football coach, Richard has dedicated his life to helping others overcome challenges and achieve their goals. He brings that same determination, strategic thinking, and commitment to serving property owners and investors throughout Georgia and Florida. Richard believes every challenge presents an opportunity when approached with faith, integrity, and the right plan. His love for God and his family serves as the foundation for both his personal life and business decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Master of Science in Education, and an Education Specialist degree. Throughout her career, Amanda has remained passionate about helping others recognize their potential and achieve their goals. She brings that same dedication, patience, and personal care to every property owner and investor she serves. Guided by her faith, Amanda believes in conducting business with honesty, compassion, and integrity. She loves God, treasures her family, and considers both the foundation of her life.
